Sometimes, I miss how happy I was. How happy I used to be.

How when I'm surrounded by people I feel contented, just plain happy.

Now things has changed and how uncomfortable I am when I'm surrounded by people. How changes turned me upside down. I am so awkward when I'm with people now that they even notice those smallest things that I did. Simple things like, "Nado why are you so quiet? You're not like this right? Nado you don't talk much when you're eating eh?"

When I'm in an awkward situation, I find it's hard for me to talk. I tend to listen more. Which I hardly find times that's not awkward? Ehhhh? Mostly, yeah they are. Unless when I'm with those people that are really close to me. Even my cousins in Malaysia can see the differences in me. Same thing.

Hahaha, sometimes I wonder what's wrong with me. But I don't find myself weird or something. It's normal right? Right? Tee-hee!

You know those mornings when you woke up feeling very tired,

You did not get enough sleep but still you made an effort to get up from bed.

Just because you promised to go to that somewhere with that somebody.

You made yourself coffee, to freshen up your tired body.

And you wait for them.

But then, when wrong words came out from their mouth and those words hurt your feeling so much that when you sit there on your bed, tears start falling down.

I'm sorry that I woke up a lil bit late that I already wasted 10-15 minutes of your precious time.

But hey at least, I made an effort to get up from that bed. When all I wanted to do is sleep.

At least a little appreciation would do.

I know everybody's stressed up to the max. But please, your words can hurt someone's feeling.

You don't want people to say that in your face, so do the same.

What goes around, comes back around.

You ruined my morning. And thank you for the morning tears.

And thank you zaharah and angah for making me feel better.

At the end of the day, when you thought that nobody cared for you, you'll always find yourself wrong cause no matter how unappreciated you feel at times, there will always be someone who appreciates and cares for you. True story :)

15th of November was one of the best days of my life.

Early that morning, I had butterflies no scratch that, birds. Birds in ze stomach.

Results. Is. Out.

So that morning I text Nadhe as we promised to go and check the results together. And then I went to sleep back cause it was like 7? You know the cuddle weather, so em yeah. ZzzZzzZZz and at 12. Met Nadhe and FA and off we went to the CC.

"What's your name? I'll check for your results" asked the worker there.

"Nadia...emm" I can't even say my name properly heck what's wrong with me?

And then the waiting part.

Okay the waiting part was a torture.

Tick tock tick tock tick tock, you can really hear the ticking sound when you're nervous.

Cold sweat. The birds are not birds anymore, they're dinosaurs already.

And then suddenly she opened the door.

Okay Nadia, you passed your papers.

I was like................am I dreaming?

Did I hear it right?

The only word that came out from my mouth that moment was "Alhamdulillah"

I can't believe it. Cause I lost hope the moment I stepped outside the exam hall one month ago.

I'm really really grateful. Thank you Allah. :')

Then decided to text mama.

Ten seconds later, she called.

And the best thing was it was from Mekkah, mama congratulate me and boo hoo hoo I cried like a baby ek ek ek.

"Yayay! Congratulations kakak, meh polok polok dari jauh. Bagus anak mama, tahniah. Dah dah takmo nangis, mama happy" mama said.

I can't help but a baby like me will always be a crybaby. Sobbing until the end of the conversation. Thank God I didn't see anybody. No way, haha my crying face is uglehh. :p

I was like, em I'm okay with anything.

Went home, ze housemates hugged and congratulate me. They are the best, I feel blessed to have those people with me. Thanks guys.

I was sitting on my chair facing my study table when I saw my pink diary. The one that I always search for it when I think no one understands me. When no one were there when I needed them. Yeah that pink diary that I used to bring it everywhere with me. The one that I always write in it when I needed to let my feelings out.

I breathed out.

And decided to well, open it.

I opened it.

And read every single word that I wrote one by one.

As I was flipping to the third page, I can feel warm crystal clear droplets on my cheeks. They were running down heavily. I lost. I lost the battle with my past.

And flipping to the last page that I wrote on, there were few little things that I kept as a symbol of my memories that I had with that someone. There were movie tickets, game coupons, the receipt of the places we went and small notes behind it, those things that I kept for a very long time already. I never regret that I kept all these things with me because they were once.....a part of me.

For me, a person was never a phase. Friends, lover, family, strangers.

I'll say, they are a part of me. They are chapters of my life.

Never was a phase, never will.

For me every single person that I knew are special. Despite the things that happened during the duration from the first time I said hey to the the time I said goodbye(consciously or unconsciously). I don't care if I was never a special person to them or not, that doesn't change my principle.

But frankly saying,

Slowly, I'm losing my faith to people.

It is not that I don't trust people anymore, I just don't want to get hurt again and again.

It is time for me to protect myself, my heart.

Chances were given to them, now I'm giving myself chances.

Heal.

The meaning behind it itself shows how hard it is to heal.

I want to be a better me, a healthier me despite of the sickness that I have.

I had a weird dream this evening. People that I never thought would be in my dreams. My cousin Nina, Naz, Fizi, Tira's sister and you. Well, gotta expect the unexpected.

It kinda reminds me of the past. During those old days when Naz and me were still together. Came to his house before or after the tuition just to meet him and stuff. And what a coincidence that I'm listening to one of his favorite songs atm, she's the one by Robbie Williams. And I miss Naz somehow and by that I meant, I hope you're doing fine Naz, wherever you are now. The last time I talked to him was during my birthday? Can't recall that. I just miss having him as a friend. As my best friend. How time flies and how people change. Life goes on for everybody right hommies?

And my cousin Nina, I felt really bad. I meant what I did(Don't make assumptions, okay?) But seeing she's really happy with the boy she's with now, I'm happy for her. We are very close, Nina and me. She's like a little sister that I never had, my best friend and the best thing is, she's my cousin. We're blood related. And I feel blessed to have her beside me during those hard times. She never failed me, whenever I needed someone to talk to, she'll be there. But now that I'm here and she's in asrama school, and plus she's taking her spm this year it's hard to catch up things with each other now. But I'm coming home, only time matters right now. Can't wait, really. Be patient, Nado.

And tonight, I miss granny the most. I can burst into tears because of the fact that I can't see her anymore and I miss granny so much, but to the extend that I can no longer cry because I think Granny wouldn't want to see me doing so. That is just not right. But I gotta admit, sometimes I failed. These pearls, they love me. There are so many things that remind me of granny. Life would be a little bit different if resurrection stone really exists. But no, it doesn't. I would trade anything just to see granny once more, and see she smiles once again and tell her that I love her, so much.

When my cousin posted on my wall telling me this,

"Shera, lately Aca asyik teringat kan tokmah jeeeeee. :'("

At that moment, I knew I have to be strong, for others. For myself.

After solat, du'a for granny and everyone else just to remind me that death can attack you anytime soon. You gotta be prepared. I am not. There are still many things that I am lacking. But it doesn't mean I have to stop learning nor stop trying.

May Allah bless everyone in this world and Al-fatihah for my late granny.

And mama's going to Mekkah this friday.

Mama semoga semuanya diipermudahkan ma, shera doakan mama yang terbaik, selamat pergi dan balik. Semoga diberkati Allah, amin. I'm going to miss mama, she'll be staying there for 6 weeks and I can't wait for my time too. Insya Allah, someday.

This video was taken during raya, tee-hee. Went and sit beside Najla and we talked! It worked! She responded and the conversation went smoothly until my sister interrupts. Wek.

I think this is beautiful, everything is. How perfectly it can be when a baby can understands you(in a way) and you are actually building a relationship here. I think I got closer to her somehow. I was happy, it felt like when you see a pretty flower's blooming. That's how I would say, the feeling. Pretty indescribable.

Told ya, I just wanna catch the moments. And I think this is one of my treasures now.
Not a gold treasure or money treasure, cause they can be valued.

Just woke up from my nap cause Mira knocked on my door.
I'm so tired. I hate it when I'm sick.
Being so vulnerable, I can be easily affected.
Plus being homesick to the max is like adding oil to the fire.
I need to run again, or take a long walk on the beach.
And be creative again.

My peek a boo book is done. Now I just need to go out and go to the camera shop.
Can't wait to fill up the book. Pictures of beautiful people.

Coming to this blog to write something, to let them out. All the thoughts, all of them.
But really, I don't know where to start.

I'm not going to class today.
Diarrhea is attacking me again. I'm losing some more weight.
Not wanting to eat anything, I just want to sleep.
And I don't feel like waking up. I miss the sea. I miss home. I miss mama and the family.
And I don't like to stay here, I want to be home.
Is it just me or the overthinking is ruining me?
I think.....both.

After the exam I think I'm going to stay at Mansoura. Find back the missing person.
Which is me. I think the old Nado is long gone. And I don't think she's coming back either.
People change. That's the fact. Abruptly or slowly, a change is still a change.
Is it inevitable, no?

My films are still there, inside the bag.
4 of them. I can't wait to go to the camera shop.
I want to see what the camera has captured.
I just want to catch the moments. And those precious smiles.
Papa said he's going to buy me a camera after my second year.
So gotta start saving up some money.

I have so many things to say, but I just couldn't write it down.
I'll let the mind do the thinking.

My all in one chocolate fudge cake is done!

I love it when it's my first time trying to bake the cake and magic happens.
And by that I mean my cake tastes perfectly fine. The look doesn't count, tee-heehee! :P

I'm a messy baker, I bake messily, cocoa powder and flour everywhere.
Hihi I like it that way, I don't like it when the kitchen's clean.
It feels like you're baking in gloominess.
Different person, different ways right?
I think I'll buy myself an oven in Egypt.

When I bake, I think the world stops for a while.
I feel free. Free from everything. The same feeling when I go to the beach and sit at that favorite corner of mine and just wait for the sun sets. Can't tell you how it feels, cause you have to feel it by heart. Words can't describe the true feeling. I miss the beach, I miss watching the sun sets from up above, by just looking at that I'm grateful.

Tee-hee, I just woke up and well I just stepped on my milk drink, Yakult.
This is no fun.
Papa knocked on my door, well I was basically walking like a zombie to the door without Mikey, with my bloated face and sepet-almost-closed-eyes, and I didn't see that guy laying down there. Poor Mr. Yakult. May you rest in peace.
Sobs, I was saving the drink for later.
The drink was special because I got it from my set(piri piri chicken) and EGYPT WHY U NO HAVE SUSHI KING?!

Hahaha okay enough with that.
Nway this is my last day home. Saaaaaaaaaaad.

Packed my back enthusiastically, and voila all my bags are packed I'm ready to go.

The other day I went to the store and met this Mr camera guy(the guy in charge of the camera section)

"No it can't, I tried it before" *defensing my point

Puahahahhahahahahaha trolling with Rysha right away when the thing works and silly me, trying to prove something to a professional worker there. Paid the bill, and went away quickly. Hahaha malu la gila. Tee-hee!

And all these while, the camera was perfectly fine. "Ingat camera rosak sebab tak masukkan film hahahaha" quote from my sister. Kena gelak free free. Wek.
